So I almost didn't go to the cocktail party, but I changed my mind at the last minute. I'm glad I did. It was a whole lot of fun. The game Taboo, by the way, is infinitely more fun when you have stories to relate the words to instead of descriptions. So...a White Russian...I'm not sure I want another one of those. Cranberry and Vodka, however...I should say "surprise me" to Mandy more often.

She also sent a plate of cupcakes home with Becca and me for Rob. Since she's sick and didn't get to come to the party. =(

One week till con. Hooray! My costume is almost finished. I just need to figure out what I'm doing for thigh holsters. And take the seams of the dress in, because apparently I'm not as fat as I think I am. Who knew? Also, if I need to bend over to pick up ANYTHING while wearing it, I'm screwed. I've never worn a skirt so short, so I'm not entirely certain how to handle it. Haha.
